the media? ahahahahahahahahahah

the only thing the media is good for is making people think everything is going wrong. gives them more audience -> more money.

On certain issues. For others, the media tries to prevent or silence discussion on things that are wrong. That's more of a political topic, though, and probably belongs in the serious forum.

even though I'm a fan of Trump, I love that "hell no DNC, we won't vote for hilliary"

Heh, even the liberals aren't all too fond of her.

That's because many of us don't view her as progressive at all. She's actually quite right-wing, and this is because of her corporate donors. I can respect honest people on the right even if I disagree with them, but Hillary is on the right because it's profitable for her.

For me, there's also the issue that she didn't legitimately win the nomination. The primary elections were rigged against Bernie Sanders.

Yep, pretty much sums up everything. I hate it when elections don't provide any actual 'good' candidates. It's quite a nuisance, and it's about time someone not so right-wing appears.

It's what happens when we don't have legitimate elections.

My parents have always made me cut it super short, which I've expressed my distaste for. I don't want it super long, but I do like it to let it grow more than a crew cut. The problem is that as it gets longer, it gets more unruly, and I'm also not a big fan of combing it.

And yep, pure evidence that once again news tends to always look towards the negative, all of the titles there were negative, so yep, depression. If only news would look towards the more positive side, then it would create less depression for the people that read it.

The news should be educating people on issues and current events, which often end up depressing by their nature. There is a negativity bias, which is a problem, but it shouldn't be solved with a positivity bias. Report the facts without caring about how it makes people feel.

Sadly, news organizations can't do this, since their goal is to make money rather than serve the public interest. Media being for profit is a big problem, since it leads to sensationalism and political bias. Though having a government-funded media has its own issues, since it may become dependent on pleasing the people in power to avoid losing its funding.

Considering my view on the intelligence on the general populace (like a whopping 42% believe in creationism what the flying spaghetti), Trump doesn't need to rig the election.

My opinion is that one has to be pretty dumb to support either candidate. Both are terrible, just in different ways. I agree with Jesse that the election will almost certainly be rigged against Trump. The primaries were, after all, rigged in Clinton's favor already.
