I have OnePlus 6, which runs through Android. The one I got even came with a Powerbug. It doesn't have a headphone jack, because hell, but it did came with a headphone jack adapter, so I guess I can't charge while I listen to music or videos, but not too much of a big deal. I just like how the power bug is 5 volt charge, which is much more than the other powerbugs right now.

Maybe I'm too accustomed to Android HTC One, which is an old ass phone, which I probably had for over 6 years, and it couldn't load a shit ton of websites, and I was happy to see that most sites I couldn't read before can now read in the phone. It also has some thumb scanner thing, which works fine. Not sure what are its good features because everything just feels so good compared to that 6 year old phone lol.

It also came with a phone case on top of all of it, so nice package.

Granted, but it's a sucky ass job and you end up working from 7 am to 9 pm with minimum wage pay.

performance difference is a world of a difference to me; web pages actually load faster than I expect, and Chrome on this phone works better than the Chrome browser on the android, where everything takes pretty much forever.

Well, again, school isn't really for socializing, but god forbid if students spend like 10 minutes out of the six grueling hours of sitting around just communicating to other nerds online.

I mean, this is a thread on 2018 as a year moving on to 2019. It's completely fair game to have politics here, as 2018 was a big year for politics and also included record shootings, record average heat, the mid-terms. And luckily, you have that luxury to ignore or complain about politics, but in the other hand, some people can't ignore politics and have to deal with things medical expenses wrought upon because of our terrible health care. Anyhow, I brought up politics where it's relevant, not in the middle of Super Mario Odyssey discussion.

Frankly I'd rather talk politics than talk about my own personal life because who cares about personal lives? At least discussing about politics merits a response compared to me having a boyfriend for the first time or losing one of my budgerigars or me getting the biggest urchin I've ever seen.

IMO, sometimes, this just feels all trivial to me when we have kids locked up in the borders and we have prisoners who suffer under heat waves, we have kids getting shot at schools, we have survivors and relatives getting death threats over conspiracy theorists related to the shootings, we have measles outbreaks, and so on.

Freaking Diddy Kong Racing. That game is eternally cursed. It has a ton of planned games that just went canceled, such as Diddy Kong Pilot, Donkey Kong Racing, and that one prototype with Diddy racing animals. We then get a crappy remake. I daresay it's more cursed than F-Zero.

2018 was all right. I did lose one of my budgerigars, which was really sad, but the latter part of the year has made me see a growing relationship with a guy I can probably call my boyfriend. I got to experience.... fun... feelings but I'm not at THAT far yet, lol. But it's my first time ever having some one who's involved and it's... exciting. He also has a job and he can totes support me if I really need to get out of this household, so he's a possible exit route. Unfortunately, he can't support me and my sister so I'm kind of stuck in a hard decision, but life is full of difficult decisions. I highly doubt this will be my last.
