If you do now want to upgrade, you’ll run into two pain points: Windows 8 is no longer officially for sale and Windows 10 is no longer a free upgrade, with prices for the latter starting at $139 for an online download.

My test scores are good.

It's just the homework keep my grades down, which is kind of stupid because homework, in theory, is supposed to help you retain the material which tests will, well, test you on.

Apparently I think the monthly Windows 7 applies only to the professional version.

On the flipside, given Windows 7 is still used by almost 40% of computers globally (source), I suspect many users would have expected Microsoft to recognise the platform’s ongoing importance and extend support voluntarily without charge.

Worse still, as it stands, Microsoft is currently only making this offer to Windows 7 Professional customers in Volume Licensing. Some small businesses may qualify, but the vast majority of everyday consumers (most of whom are running Windows 7 Home) will not.

I hate Imgur's beta. I can't find my older pictures as easily and it's an extra pain in the ass to upload. But again, it's only beta.

God I usually refrain bringing up how much I hate climate change denial in the light of the hurricane. Makes me feel I'm scoring political cheap points but at the same time it's so hard not being angry at them when I'm seeing people suffering from climate change (or at least climate change amplifying the weather; it might, might not cause Florence but it certainly didn't help). Don't let deniers like Roy Spencer tell you otherwise.

it's either that, or somebody said something remotely similar to the URL. if the bot ignores specific characters for formatting reasons, there's just so many ways to output fasle positives.

soon enough, discord bots will hunt your ass for saying mario. LGM will battle it out for us.

No, the Discord bot likely just detected a false positive due to probably how similar Imgur links are. It's not like they know the content of the images. I don't see much of a point in this particular bot really.

But maybe I'm just not used to bots because the MarioWiki Discord has virtually no bots and only four channels. Gotta love the simplicity.
