It's better when it's not transparent. I suggest you lower the overall contrast of the background, probably by darkening it overall. They seem really distracting.

If you want to add a semi-transparent background, use the following for your background

You should disable the sig line and remove the coding for the signature? The darker image does look better, so kudos for that. Not sure what you mean by "dark blue things". The post layout is dark blue? I think you should tinker with the color picker. You can do this via right click-inspect element and find the value for your current color. And then, you can alter that.

Me, I love purple colors and a sense of authority and gave me some confidence.

It's not bad, though I think the brown should be muted a bit, like saturation should be turned a notch down.

what exactly do you do at kafuka? I've visited there once and it's full of anime themes, post layouts that are.... really bad, and a lot of the activity is generic discussion like "what is the weather today", "what's on your mind", "what are you wearing" "what are you playing right now" and forum games.

Well, I can't really ask that as Kuribo64 is pretty much general discussion with the occasional hacking stuff. But hey, there is politics and serious discussion!!!!
