I feel weird for pushing these changes rather than my sister doing this.

I don't want your flashy HD graphics. I want a good game.

Graphics do matter.

I doubt anyone would enjoy Galaxy as much if the entire game looked like this

Video game music fell out of favor for me. I don't listen to it anymore.

I listen more to 70s-80s disco, R&B, funk, eurobeat, heavy metal, rock, fusion jazz, and the occasional salsa and rap (though I listen to Will Smith stuff). I'm a fan of a lot of 80s music to be honest.

Probably because of organizational reasons. I don't know, putting everything under a span style umbrella sounds like it. You can figure out that font usage (changing color, bold, italics, underline, etc.), would fall under span style and you can group all of the parameters under one span style rather than use more tags.

it's cool and all, the young hipsters at Google/Youtube are getting better and better.

I wonder how...? But again, it doesn't take that much to significantly improve if it's total crap to begin with.

I don't really like the idea of Black history month. While no one should trivialize the horrors of racism, I don't see any sort of Chinese or Native American history month and they suffered a lot from racism. Probably not to the same systematic horror that lead to a civil war, but still something no one should ever have to go through.

God, who is that Mario player....

Cool, I'd like to upload videos (I've made custom music before). They work, do they? Oh, do uploading videos require the latest version of the game?

But yeah, getting the entire game on my PC isn't a problem for me. Storage is not really a problem so far as much as file organization, lol.

I'm just wondering, but why the hell do Youtube videos sound so quiet from my computer? Everything else plays at normal volume, but I have to turn up the volume for Youtube videos and Youtube videos only (the audio slider in the videos also seem normal to me too)...

I figured it's a likelier problem on my end, but it's bugging the crap out of me.

I guess. After all, is the match done online? I can't stand online, holy crap. I guess he's a decent player, but I'm not sure if it's a good idea to constantly approach with d-air or follow up u-throw with d-air and THEN u-special rather than using u-air. I notice he doesn't use his fireballs for spacing at all, which is something I'd do now and then, especially for ranged players. Anyway, if this match is done online, it would explain a lot for weird inputs like shielding, blocking the hit, and then trying to punch at 0:14 or whiffing u-air after d-throw+u-tilt pretty badly. It would explain how he failed to punish you at 1:41 or how he whiffs a lot of his attempts at grabbing. He's also getting greedy and reckless, especially on u-smash later in the match.

*face hardens* I'll never touch Miiverse. I hate that place with a passion. And I know how they are with their shitty attitude with Project M.

Oh, I guess I'll get a replay in for the shits and giggles at some point. I don't know. I hate Youtube too, but not as much as Miiverse.

That also reminds me, we get a ton of coverage on the Holocaust, but I'd like to see some more publicity on the Rwandan genocide.

The tiny delay DOES suck. Competitive smashers tell me that online is a bad way to learn due to this input delay, and it forms bad habits where you're used to one environment and it hampers how you play live. You can reconcile the two worlds, sure, but that requires effort.

Yes, you can swat them away, but Fireballs' primary points are for spacing, pressure, and approach from damage, not damage in of itself. Fireballs can pressure you to dodge them or hit them and helps Mario space them. Again, you can just swat them away, but they can disrupt your moves or cause hitstun and helps Mario more safely close in on you.

I think the Mario player's problem is HIS lack of spacing on his part I think. But again, online can really screw up how you space your attacks so I don't wholly blame it on him. I often fail to punish attacks properly online because of this small, but significant delay, and it's frustrating to deal with.

And yeah, your DI might be good, but Mario's u-air is safer and doesn't have the vulnerable ending lag after helpless state. It's okay to use u-special immediately after d-throw though, but for close follow-ups, I find u-air more reliable. I use u-special usually only after I run out of jumps when I combo u-air into itself.

U Smash is a great move and I use it frequently as well, and I understand that if I'm on one stock and you're on two and have a high percent, I'd probably use it more too but I feel his play is teetering on tilt, and that's bad. I go through this too, so I know how that feels like. My main flaw, I think, is that I play a bit too aggressively. Still, competitive smashers have said that my combo game is strong and I'm an overall good player. It's my playstyle and my lack of experience with human players (and therefore virtually all my match ups are foreign to me) that are my biggest flaws.

I can technically play online but I'd rather not duke it out. I'd rather we just chill out and beat up Wario or something. I get more fun if people cooperate, though I understand that that may not be the most fun or something. Different tastes. I might be a strong or competent player, but I'm a casual player at heart.

Yeah, online is terrible.

Well, it's better than Brawl's at least.

Ugh.

But this online is pretty awful. I had to sit through lag and you can't imagine how many times I groaned at Smash 4's online.

Would you think they're using Youtube as a role model the same way Firefox sees Chrome as an identical twin?

It really depends on the joke to be honest.

On another note, I don't like the language of "man up" either.

OMG this so much. I was going somewhere with my mom back in grade six, and I was describing a car that passed by. I say "el auto negro ese" and this one black lady comes up and yells at my mom to put at stop to my racism! WTF.

I wonder if she finds "picnic" offensive even though that word has French origins and has nothing to do with racism.

Granted. They now cost 100 bucks a pop.

I wish for some ice cream.
