Nintendo now has a shot of one again being the king of gaming (Don't get me wrong, their consoles were always better (suck it sony), but they had been lagging behind in the console scene with the Wii U, before the Switch came along).

Nintendo simply cannot dethrone PC gaming as the king of gaming, sorry.

They also have to make their games openly moddable, like how Sega encourages Sonic Generations, etc. to be moddable.

I get to bring Nintendo to PC gaming because PC gaming let me bring Nintendo to them. I made Left 4 Dead 2 a Mario game.

Well, isn't PC gaming as unique as Playstation gaming is to Switch gaming though? I think only Microsoft and Sony are directly competing with each other, with PC and Nintendo doing their own thing.

No, I think Nintendo is fine the way things are regarding homebrew. They just need to stop adding those patches that attempt to get rid of exploits like what they did with bandaging a corpse of a console aka the latest Wii U patch.

Hence why Skyrim on Switch would be inferior to the PC version. The only reason you want Skyrim on Switch is for the portability, otherwise, that game is riddled with glitches and bugs that a mod patch can easily fix.

Well, that's both, but in case Bethesda is too stupid, there was modding to fall back on. The Switch version doesn't have it so they have to deal with the awful bugs.

We could just wait until textures are ripped.

Mario Party Advance has a stronger single-player, though than the rest of the series. I think the games would have been better with a story mode like it than whatever they usually do in the main games.
