It appears it is completely missing in that area. Make sure you have triangulated the model before converting it to kcl. Not sure what else could be the problem. Check that any other faces are present.

You forgot to triangulate your collision model.

when exporting in Blender, there should be an option on the left panel to Triangulate Faces. make sure that is checked when exporting.
