Alright, so I've been hacking Mario for a while now on the Nintendo DS, and I am getting closer to finishing a couple projects on it. Eventually, I want to move on to the Nintendo Wii, so today I've been playing around with some programs.

One thing I want to do is hack Newer Wii. I've seen hacks of it and I have tons of programs ready, but Reggie! won't open any of the stages. And I downloaded the Reggie Next! zip file, but I can't find an .exe application in it. Sorry if that was stupid, since I know it can still do something, but I am very confused and really want to start. Could anybody explain to me how to edit Newer Wii levels? :D

I believe you need the stage folder. I recommend getting the stage folder from Zementblock's google drive. But hopefully you mean make levels of your own rather than editing the original level files.

I think everything from his drive is gone. If the decompressed files are not there, I will send you them.

Does this mean that I need an ISO of the original game?

Wait, I thought Reggie! was unique in that it didn't need a stage, it could create one itself?

Note- if a tilemap is present in a level, but not your editor's files, then the editor won't open it. I think that's your issue.

It can, but you need the stage folder for the texture files to make levels.

Wait, the stage folder from the original game? Assuming that because I can't open any of the stages from the stage folder of Newer. Also, yes. I would love to create custom levels for the Wii. My ideas are starting to drain from the DS since it can be limiting.

Well, I have the original stage folder and textures from the original game, and I can make NSMBW Custom stages. I do have Reggie! Next now and it's so cool, but when I click on one of the Newer stages, nothing happens. I noticed that the Newer stages are in LH form. Originals are in an arc form. Anyway to convert LH to arc and back?
