Here's a level editor for Super Mario 3D World I've been working on for a few months now.

Thanks to:
Exelix - General cleanup and UI designs
OatmealDome - Render setup
Simon - UI cleanup
Ray Koopa - BFRES and yaz0 libraries

If you want to follow progress or just simply want to download, here's the link:

This looks great so far and I think great progress will come out of this. However I have a few questions. Why is the rendering in wireframe? Will this be changed in the future? If it will, can this be an optional renderer? It could come in handy.

Not bashing here, I love it; just curious.

I was just going to ask the same thing. An optional renderer would be the best option. Looks awesome, now I wait for WeebHax...

@JakoNintenCraft
Textures isn't really the sort of feature you concentrate on in the beginning. What is important now is functionality, and then usability.

he didn’t ask about textures, he meant it to be a later future, not now

WeebHax isn't easily possible, because of it's layout and where the stack is located.

This looks promising, hope we can make some cool SM3DW hacks soon!

• Nadia: makes her BQFX file an AJ7
• SuperHackio: questions what that is
<~StapleButter> the AJ7 is an automatic rifle model based on the well-known AK47

I'm already waiting for someone to port Super Mario 64 to 3D World. Somehow, it always gets done.
Not that I wouldn't welcome more memorable stages into the game, god, it's bland.

How can you open this editor?
I don't see any EXE or JAR file or something...

If there is no binary provided you have to build it yourself.

Visual Studio will do that for you: https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cyz1h6zd.aspx

Is there any way to edit geometry data? or is there any tool that can edit it?
