How is it going with the McNuggets and Coffee? I hear they both use more real ingredients. Do they? Salad can't possibly hurt right. It's salad unless they somehow use GMOs in them.

Uh huh. Salt is a preservative too. And without some preservatives, you're probably going to get sick or even in some cases, receive less nutrients from your food.

I love McNuggets. They're not the best nuggets compared to Chick Fil A or homeade stuff but something about them I really like and they're probably one of the healthier items in the menu since they're mostly protein and the fat counts aren't too bad. Sodium isn't awful either, but can be lower. But they're great for dipping and IDK it's a guilty pleasure.

And WTF are you talking about "it's a salad unless they somehow use GMOs". Practically everything you eat, even that apple from the garden, is a GMO. GMOs are safe to eat and can even be healthy if you know what you're doing. Anti-GMO fear mongering is not based on any rational thought.

I betting that there is simply no moisture in the food, hence no mold. Otherwise, this video is complete fear-mongering, complete with the music. It won't prevent me from eating fast food.
