It's a regular day. I go to work, weather's nice, my coffee's full of sugar, shit's fairly normal.

I leave work then go to a sports shop to buy shit to finally fix my bike. I had removed the punctured tire and localized the hole yesterday, just needed a patch.

So I get the shit, and get back home. It's a long tram ride, but whatever.

I start doing the dishes by puttnig them to rest in the sink, in a nice little warm bath. Then I start trying to fix the tire, don't get very far because I've been sold crap (and maybe also because I'm a noob, but really, I follow the instructions and it doesn't work. wtf??).

Incoming text:

"<squat> is being evicted! We need help right now!"

<squat> is a great place for alternative culture and militancy. It has a unique, warm, human feeling. And it's overally really cool. The legitimate owners want to destroy it in order to build apartments for richies. So of course, count me in to defend it!

I transfer the news to some comrades and immediately go. I expect to land in a scene of urban war. No disruption of the tram service is announced, which is odd, considering there's a tram stop not far away from <squat>. I don't really know what to do, but I guess I'll find out once I'm there.

I finally arrive to the place. Many comrades in front of it, chatting, drinking, smoking, playing music, covering the place in ACAB graffiti. No cops in sight. Apparently the police gave a false threat (noting that <squat> WILL be evicted soon-ish anyway).

So we stay there for a while, chatting about things. Some people move shit out of the building. The inner blockade protecting the main entrance is impressive, gives it a Resident Evil feel. The police will definitely have a hard time whenever they come.

I go get food with a comrade, then we come back to <squat> to watch a movie. The movie is a sorta-nonsense animation movie, real fun. <squat> happens to be a movie theater, and not a bad one, which makes the experience perfect.

In the end, this absolutely unexpected evening spared me from having to cook dinner, but I still have to finish the dishes. The bath has mostly cooled by now. Well, whatever.

Indeed.

I was expecting a tutorial, a funny, sarcastic one actually.

Not totally disappointed.

also the tire fix (which I did my own way) seems to work, I have yet to put the tire back in place and inflate it normally tho. I didn't quite feel like doing it at 11PM.

it turned out that there were two holes. probably should check for a staple or similar shit in the tire outer part. if not, means that a vampire thought the tire was filled with blood.

ayy

But seriously, this kinda reminds me of the time there was a nail lodged in my slipper for 6 months and I didn't notice. Heh.

Bump.

What happened to you and your resistance? Have you guys reached a compromise?

That's the part that includes Butter and the resistance I'm sure.
