I Want to edit an already existing level in sketchup but I don't know any programs or ways that can extract the games levels in a model format that sketchup can use. Anyone know any programs for this?

SM64DSe. In the 3D models tab when editing a model, hit export other model and find the model you want to export and click "OK".

When I load the model into sketchup some of the texture are upside down. Does that fix itself when I reimport the level?

Okay so when i reimport the level its seems to come with errors. (of course) I see some missing polygons, and not to mention that the level is sideways... anyway of fixing this?

You'll need to open it and scale the uv maps by -1 on the y-axis.
missing polygons are not actually part of the level- they're objects. Either that, or you need to flip the normals.
