Couldn't Every File Explorer be used as an alternative, or does that not work correctly?

Every File Explorer is total crap. It is not even able to display file names...

The best we can do right now for an alternative is using a sarc unpacker and a ctpk unpacker, often this gives undesirable results leaving the unpacked ctpks corrupted.

Suggestion: allow one to change the order of fields in the sprite database, and have CoinKiller display them in that order.

Change the order in the xml if you really need that.

Flaws of that:
* It isn't just for me
* Every time you redownload the XML, you would have to re-order the document.

I just don't see any big use in reoderdering sprites that justifies the effort.

The purpose is to make sprite setting editing more efficient. If you have two related settings - one at the top of the settings box and one at the bottom:
A. you can't see them both at the same time (unless you are cross-eyed) which means it takes more time than it should to get between to two fields. IMO, the time wasted is significant.

Do you think this should be added to an offical to-do list anyway?

No? Simply change the order in the sprite data editor.

I think you misunderstand.

* There is no option to change the order in the sprite data editor
* CoinKiller ignores the order.

CoinKiller doesn't ignore the order?

I know it is impractical, but you can change the order in the sprite data editor by swapping the fields.

As you can see, it is caused by the spritedata editor messing up the order of the entries.

I have not idea how the online editor works since I also do not have access to it.

Another suggestion: label tiles like in NSMBe and Reggie:

A night mode would be really handy because those whites can be very straining on my eyes after working on a level for a long while

Suggestion: "Door - Ghost House - Flag-triggered" should a sprite image the same or similar to (maybe a bit transparent-ized) as "Door - Ghost House".

A way to import/export the .ctpk and .bin files contained within tilesets through the sarc explorer could be a useful feature.

This pretty much.

Given the new add/remove tilesets feature, a way to copy image/behaviors/objects/overlays to a new tileset without having to completely redo the whole thing is needed.
