... What is everyone's problem with windows 10
there's not really that many issues with it, at least I haven't encountered any in the months that I have used it ____________________ A nobody. |

Microsoft's aggressive policy of shoving Windows 10 down everybody's throats is comparable to the Berlin Wall.
You might enjoy life on the Soviet side, but the wall is there for a reason, and if they have to resort to such measures to keep their people, it means the Soviet side can't be that good. ____________________ NSMBHD - Kafuka - Jul melonDS the most fruity DS emulator there is zafkflzdasd |

Posted by NintendoFan I don't have any issues with Windows 10 as being an OS (the Anniversary Update actually added lots of great things for Tablet users like me), but I still think people should have a choice on what to use. It's more like: You have a very old game, that would probably not work on Windows 10, and you play it on a dated PC. Then the makers come in, and dictate you to use Windows 10, against your will, because: 1. Your dated PC will be unstable/slow. 2. Your old game won't work. |

To be honest, I never liked how Windows 10 looked in the first place. I never liked making the start button square, flattening the windows logo, or turning every button into a rectangle. I liked Vista's looks the most, but too bad you can't run crap on it. |

Posted by Bantten Agreed. But with SP2, Vista is fine for performance and software compatibility. Heck, it can outperform 7! Oh and Windows 10 removed the ability to skin the Taskbar with bitmaps, so not even a 3rd-party Visual Style can (fully) save you now. But aside from that, Sagorpirbd's Vista Aero port does a pretty good job. (Yes I know this user is banned but you can still read the forum while banned, so...) |

Posted by Bantten k good Posted by Bantten ...to make Vista look like 7 or 7 like Vista? (Either way the answer is yes.)(Also there's a lot more out there than just ports from one OS to another...)(Also can we discuss this further in PMs? I feel that this is getting slightly offtopic) |

What I'm saying is that you can "emulate" a "dated" pc on a newer one to make the games work. ____________________ A nobody. |

Which still doesn't make sense, because I was talking about the exact opposite.
Upgrading a dated PC (read: The actual machine) is not the same as buying a new PC, and putting a Virtual Machine on it... |

tiny bit hard to play whenever you have a giant install screen in your face
especially if it's a racing game, where you can't stop xD |

Who's ready to start paying for Windows as a service, at some point?
It kind of explains why they were pushing it so hard, they haven't done this with past versions of Windows, this could be, and most likely is, what it was all building up to. ____________________ MKDS Hacking & Modding Discord: https://discordapp.com/invite/CAktUYP |
