It would be really helpful if you could record some lossless videos so certain sprite images can be made for CoinKiller, the NSMB2 editor.

Please would people who have access to one contribute to this?

Wouldn't it be faster and better to just rip Sprites, rather than Capturing them?

The game uses 3D models for most actors.

And recreating the game's rendering is not easier than using the game rendering :P

No, video is needed for sprites that unhelpfully wait a frame or two before appearing,

This might be interesting for you. The framerate isn't perfect yet, but might be improoved if you have good WiFi or if an update get's released (That is still an early beta of NTRViewer).

Oh my, if this gets good framerates then that means that making 3DS videos won't be as expensive \o/

If you have good WiFi you can already achieve something like this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D_4kcvMaUks

Still, there is no Audio support and there won't be in the near future. You then need an USB audio capture device, which const like 10€.

If you're talking about video, it's the NTR Custom Firmware for 3DS, and the capture plugin is n3DS exclusive.
You can find a tutorial here.

If you mean audio, it can just be a generic 3.5 mm audio capture device, it's nothing exclusive to the 3DS.

Sorry for the bump, but this is really cool, once I get my 3DS i'll look into doing this. Is this reliable for streaming things?
