I guess it's not too awful unlike the other desktop layouts I see.

Honestly, do you guys even USE the icons you put on your desktop? Desktop might be an easily-accessed place, but can't you cram your crap in an easily-opened location in file explorer? Heck, you can even shortcut some stuff to have it appear underneath "libraries".

The only annoying thing about creating additional libraries is that you can't go "up" from there in the file hierarchy. Say I added my Left 4 Dead 2 stuff as a library named "Left 4 Wario 2". It's normally in D:Steam/Steamapps/common, but I annoyingly can't go in those folders if I access that folder via library. All the file path says is "Libraries\Left 4 Wario 2".

And holy crap, rob, that's a lot of windows you have opened.

I do...albeit only via the Run dialogue. (Safer than real startup items ._. )

Actually no, my Network Adapter just likes randomly crapping out, so I have to disable and re-enable it every now and then to get it working again ._____.

That avatar was actually intended as a reference to the window animations from Windows Longhorn build 5048. Also the green Mario in your avatars looks a lot like one of the texture sets for the unused DemoMario model found in Super Mario Galaxy.
