Title says it all. Anyone know of a good way to capture Wii gameplay? I need something I can run while using Riivolution, e.g. for NMG video purposes? ._.

Doesn't matter if hardware, software, etc., and I couldn't care less about price. Anyone have any ideas?

I have a capture card that records the screen (output). Those just take the av output from the cables from your wii and records them via usb to a computer.

You could use one of those, or you could get me to record them for you.

I appreciate the offer ( :3 )...but tbh I'd prefer the independence of having my own ._.

I guess the best thing for quality would be a Wii U and an HDMI capture card.

Elgato Game Capture HD60 is awesome. And really expensive.

emulators have built-in recording functions that produce output that looks like it's played at fullspeed

as long as your system can manage an okay-ish speed, it's good

as for ASM hacks, well dunno, but there's a way

I wasn't talking about output...I still have to PLAY at 15% - 30% most of the time D:

Also last I tried Dolphin's recording features, only the audio came out at fullspeed, video was somewhere between playing speed and fullspeed >.<

...to convert a Riivo patch into a modified DOL? ._.

I fail to see why it'd be impossible

>Yes, I tried Googling it in every possible manner

FFS I need an excuse to have something to put on a list of things I want for my Birthday, stop shooting me in the foot. I appreciate the gesture, but... XD

I'm not 'shooting you in the foot'

if you're set about getting a capture card, go that way

just saying that "I don't know how to do X" is never a wall ;)

I agree. It's a drawbridge, and it just needs to be lowered...

...(is that at ALL what you had in mind? .-. )

EZ grabber. I got it off of Amazon for $30ish. Its okay for showing content in 480p, but not in hi-def or anything like that. It should work fine for your purposes. All you need to know how to do is just fix the aspect ratio from 4:3 to 16:9.
