I'd go with a class, ID is meant to be used only for one element (although in practice it works for multiple elements because herpderp lenient HTML)

Yeah, that's why I use both interchangeably, for the most of the time.

I usually prefer Flat Design post layouts.

What's "flat design post layout" supposed to mean?

I think he just wanted to look smart, as he doesn't really understand what "CSS ID" and "CSS Class" mean.

Speaking of layouts, I just changed mine to the one I use at NSMBHD.

I couldn't get the tri-color one I had on blargboard, so this will settel for now.

Just need to tidy the fonts and text colors.

Or he was just talking about the Metro style.

Very similar to that.

Aww, no Lapis Layout..

Still, looks pretty good. Especially with the gif things.

Yeah, I couldn't find any other good pic to use, as well as the BG in the previous one made the text hard to read...

This is just a nitpick, but SB, I kinda don't like when your layout doesn't fill your whole post box...
unless i'm not any better, then uhm...

Anyway, is that certain someone bad or is it just weird?

my sidebar got taller at some point and I was too lazy to fix the layout accordingly

Yeah, IIRC, delpolo has that layout too. He had it first too.

I actually noted I had sort of copied his layout on the time I went to Jul after we moved on NSMBHD.

Back then, I wanted to have some sort of single image background, and I was playing some vanilla SMW hacks, so I thought it would be cool to get the underwater background with the animation. I found later delpolo had the idea first, but I sort of couldn't find another BG image I liked. That is until I changed it to the one I currently have on NSMBHD, with the different BG colors used in the game in the quotes and spoilers.

If I figure how to replicate that, I will switch to the YI colored background I had first.

Saw everyone else updating post layouts so I thought i'd give it a go (sorry to anyone who saw my two screw-ups).

The image doesn't do to well in the height category (there is a word to describe it thats on the tip of my tongue, but I just can't think of it for whatever reason), any suggestions on how to fix that would be welcomed.

not bad, except your BG doesn't tile properly

Tile! That's the word I was looking for! But yeah, I'm trying to think of a good solution to that, I may just look for a better picture.
