Uh, no it doesn't. Its very ambiguous and it would be nice if he gave a bit more information because I don't know what game hes modded. Is it based off of Mario Party, Super Mario 64? I cant tell. There is no descrption at all except for "I made it, its here.''

Okay, after reading the description of the video and some of the comments, I believe this is a mod of Mario Party 9 that changes all the characters to Yoshi.
