Last view: 574 days ago 		Well, if you press home before closing it, the screen turns off and audio is muted, so it does save battery life, not as much as normal sleep mode, about as much as the ambassador GBA games, which had the same functionality.

Confirmed: every SMW hack I've tested works PERFECTLY on blargSNES (ASM-stuffed ones aside). Sound intact and everything!

What SMW hacks are you playing/ 3DS are you using? Because on my 3DSXL, I tried VLDC 8, This Hack Needs A Name, and both of the TSRP games, and all of them failed, while regular SMW works fine.

yellow8 has released the even more convenient (seriously) homemenuhax!

And, as the name suggests, you activate it from the Home menu! Isn't that GREAT!!?

Now, I have absolutely no friggin' clue on how to install it tho.


Edit: I have no idea how long this has been here, but browserhax. I wouldn't follow the instructions listed though, my system froze.

I'd suggest first getting boot.3dsx on the root of your SD card like any other exploit, then:

1. Turn on your WiFi, initialize browser data, then scan the provided QR code

2. The browser then opens, touch the really tiny bar thing on the top left

3. The bottom screen turns yellow, touch bottom right corner of the touch screen, then the left

4. the homebrew launcher launches

homemenuhax looks interesting. Finally something about as convenient as a Wii HBC.

Dunno whether to take it and give up my 4.5 firmware, though. On one hand, this is convenient but homebew-only. On the other hand, 4.5 has been pwned in every possible way and you can do about anything there (if you can take over the ARM9, you can do anything).
