Oh and copyright claims might be sent to your host. Hope they aren't as dumb as Youtube.

I'm perfectly aware of all that.

But my goal isn't to replace YouTube completely, I just want to provide a place, where people can put ROM Hacking Videos on, without having to worry about those DMCA abuses.
But of course, if the Copyright Claim sent to the Server Owner is valid (like, the entire 50 Shades of Grey Movie), we'll take action, but not to Videos of someone, showing an Automatic SMW Level, for example.

If you want to really be safe, get bullet-proof hosting. And jump on the illegal side. It's more fun to be the video equivalent of Megaupload :P


Nah, I wouldn't suggest that. Besides, bullet-proof hosting is expensive as fuck. Just get a server in China and you'll be safe :P
