I know a store that lets me trade in preowned games for retail price. I was thinking about going digital with all my games but im not sure. Also what do you prefer?

Edit: The games im thing about a games like NSMB2, SM3DL and MK7. I should also mention that my games always get lost or stolen and my cartridge slot is slightly damaged.

Maybe you should give us more precisions, like what kind of games those are.

Stay Physical. Nintendo has dumb ways of downloading stuff. Do some billshit thing that's agent the rules? They will delete your entire account with the game data still in there. And you have to rebuy the game in order to play again on another account.

Physical game is best game, but you seem to have a special case.

Is your cartridge slot close to being critically damaged?

I say physical with a combination of digital. The problem with all digital, if you lose your 3DS, you lose ALL your games there.

I would get physical the games you want much, and other not so important games digital.

You need to provide a source for this exaggerated exclamation.
The worst thing you can do is, getting banned from miiverse, and prevent using the games features that integrate miiverse.

Physical means more stuff that takes up space in your collection, and more things to keep from being broken.

Digital means it's lost forever with your 3DS/Wii U.

Both have their positives and negatives, so just go with what you want to.

Just register your NNID on your 3DS. It tells you there.

I actually like having all my Games digitally.
I mean, 32 GB is enough to store an entire 3DS Collection on, and you won't need to carry all your Cartridges and Boxes with you, plus it's legal (unlike Gateway3DS, Sky3DS, or CIA Installers).

On the Wii U, at the other hand, I also do it digitally, but keep in mind to have your 2 TB HDD mounted there forever.
Not because you can't Boot up your Wii U without it, but simply because you won't be able to play the Games Installed on the HDD (or even see them, to begin with).

I would always go with physical copies, since I don't have any 2TB hard drives or 32GB SD cards or anything of that sort. I always get the boxes mixed up, but I find it to be a lot nicer.

Also, it's nice to see a physical collection of games on the wall and stuff.
