So, i wanted to install windows 10 on a clean install. So, i wanted to reset my PC but it didn't work. So, i was going to do a upgrade. My PC was eligible for Windows 10. So, the last thing i saw was a circle with a 1% in the middle of it. Then, it took me back to windows 8. Here is an error code:

Code 80070006

Can someone help me?

Oh, and i did look it up and nothing use-full came out.
