(omg, he is making the K64 homepage)
The homepage is going to show off all the cool things we do. If you are a regular K64 member and you feel that there's something worth showing off, let me know to have your spot on the homepage. By the way, this is also the thread for suggesting shit for the homepage in general. I kinda have trouble deciding what to write, so bleh. Maybe install the board at the root, make the board listing board.php and in index.php, goes the stuff and make it compatible like sign-in, sign out, etc... |

You could put a list of recent activity.

Is WhiteHole still a thing?
You could put that in if SMG hacking is ever recovers, but I doubt it. Ongoing projects would be a good idea, and maybe a little announcement bar. (how often do you make announcements?) IMO, a simple, descriptive box that has a brief paragraph of Kuribo64's history should be enough. For example, keep the information in the top left corner, and highlight additional important news, projects, or events.
Simplicity, and stylish layouts tend to be eye-catching nowadays (Or so, I believe…). If we were to have a homepage cluttered with information, guests would probably not be interested. BTW, I was also thinking of adding a section where it says : Trending Project, or something like that. Although, this could ruin the idea of having a simple homepage.  <Silvreus>I am a random person…

If I can complain about the design already: holy shit your h1 tags are huge.

This might be enough:
It is the same one that staple posted but it is good the current. And on the bottom, there can be a section called hacks. You can submit a hack but it must be 95% done. Staff can take down bad projects. There must be a gameplay video or 5 screenshots. It can not be hiatus. Because, why not? I think that hacks can get more popularity. |

The reason why you make threads is to motivate yourself and get to know how much people find your hack worth a try.
