And well, yeah. We are open to suggestions to improve it, though.


I also think that display names caused extra complication and confusion. Like, the memberlist's username search returning apparently unrelated users because their login name matched your query but not their display name, the online users list sorting solely by username and giving weird ordering, the names on [quote] tags, etc...

I personally like the new change. Going back Acmlmboard-style is really neat. I find it a bit better given the RPG Status, and whatnot. However, we could modify the software. It would be really neat to have Kuribo64 modified, but still Acmlmboard-like.

Yeah. As I said somewhere else, Acmlmboard is something that can be improved too :)


And since we aren't attempting to distribute this software to the masses, we can as well implement little crazy things or features for ourselves.

I was reminded of another change I forgot to mention: custom titles are available to everyone now, regardless of their postcount.


As for the multiple things that go with the board, here's the intended priority order for restoring them and current status:

• Uploader: will be ported fairly easily. I also want to make the interface suck less (ie. put the upload form on the same page as the file listing, and add more sorting/search options).

• SM64DS object database: still working, minus a couple errors. You can't log in unless you have a Blargboard login lingering, though. Will be fixed quickly.

• SMG object database: shouldn't take too long to port.

• Wiki: shouldn't take too long either.

Also add the ninja'd feature back in. Lastly add in ranks, but after you do the more important things.

That's nice. I've now marked them all read. Are you going to re-add the "+1" feature? If you did please make it so that you can undo your +1. If you aren't going to re-add it that's fine; I don't really care that much.
