I went and removed a few proxies from the IP ban list.
The reasonment behind that is that proxies can also have legitimate uses. For example, if you're at school or at work stuck behind a dumb filter. In these cases, you can use a proxy to view the board, and you can also log in and post. Of course, you can't register from a proxy. Either wait to be at home for that, or contact me if that's a problem.
