Anyone know how to get the red blue panel that change when you jump from red blue ex galaxy working. I am using the red blue ex galaxy template, and it is empty as you know :-). I have placed them in my levels but when i spin nothing happens. And also the flying kuribo it doesn't show when i place in level with paths

To get the Flip-Swap Panels working you need to add a SpinSwitchArea. Set its SW_A to 9 and the Flip-Swap Panel's SW_A to 9.

I don't know why your Paragoomba doesn't work. You might need an Obj_arg or something.

Why is everything (files, folders etc.) in SMG named in English when the creators in Nintendo are Japanese?

It's not real English. Some names for example are Japanese (Kuribo, Packun, Nokonkoko, ....). I also think it has something to do with text encoding.

How are layers defined, so Scenario 1 loads LayerA and LayerP for example?

Is bdl much different then bmd, if yes is there any good documentation of the format?

BDL isn't much different as BMD. BDL and BMD is almost the same.

I dunno about documention, I think nobody actually documented it when it's documented in bmdview2's source code. You have to ask blank. He know very much about them.
