Last view: 2196 days ago 		Been playing the smash 3ds demo (Thank you Polari), and wow, its awesome!

The 60 fps is a HUGE plus. If it was in 30, the game woulda been terrible imo. But the 60 fps is terrific. I'm ok with the assist trophies/pokemon being in 30, as they don't really matter too much.

All characters were balanced. I haven't played Pikachu (he's not my fav), but all the others were great to play as. They definitely made it WAY more balanced. Link is now good again! :D Megaman was prolly my fav to use though, his moves are very unique. I particularly like his aerials and smash attacks, but his specials aren't really the best. But blaster smash FTW. Villager was also pretty cool, although he wasn't really my favorite. His side b was my favorite part. Mario was just average, but then again, he always is. He's balanced, but not really the most fun to play as (Doc is way more fun in Melee/PM)

The only issue I have is the control scheme. For the most part, its fine. Although grab is L and shield is R (They need to be switched IMO), it's not a problem since when the full game comes out, it can be switched. My main problem is the fact that you need a fucking New 3ds to do proper Smash Attacks. You can still do them the classic way, but face it, C-Stick is always the quicker way to pull it off. You only really need to do it the traditional way to charge it up for extra damage. I know the 3ds doesn't have a second analog stick, but I would have been fine with trading off the Y button as the extra jump button for smashes. THEY DON'T GIVE YOU THE OPTION TO MAP SMASH ATTACKS TO A NORMAL BUTTON, I'VE LOOKED IT UP AND ITS TRUE. This angers me, and forces you to fork out extra money for a fucking new 3ds if you want to do smash attacks properly. The new 3ds was just a stupid idea to begin with, as you're forced to upgrade if you take these things seriously. And the zooming out on the small screen can be jarring at first, but eventually I got used to it and adjusted.

There's my verdict.

Nope. Grid used up 2 of the codes, and I gave the last one to MGT.

And yeah I guess it's pretty fun. I love playing as Mega Man, and it's nice to see that Link is actually usable again ;o

Well if any of you guys find a code, let me know. ;)

Anyways, apparently there was a bug where you would get banned if you played as Peach in For Glory mode because her down B spawns an item. Nintendo assumed it was because of hacking, and banned players. Nintendo is apparently going to fix it in a update soon and unban players. What they did not say is whether they are going to get rid of Peach's ability to spawn items with down B. So I was looking at stuff from SSB4, and I cant help but to think that sakurai has atleast played/known the details of project M.

I spotted this things that are from PM that appears in this game:
-Alternate customs for characters with different models (Bowser Jr., olimar...)
-ROBs red virtual boy color (it matches identically from PM< bar the virtual boy console as a head)
-Charizard has seismic toss as his up throw. When I first saw it, I swear I saw it identically on how it was made in PM.
-Ikes eruption was turned to blue, like in PM.

Coincidence? :3

If these truly are the result of playing PM though, I'm glad he played it.

Personally they should just have included all the main characters shown in the first trailer + the 3 first newcomers (Mario, DK, Link, Pikachu, Pit, Fox, Kirby, Samus, Villager, Megaman and Wii Fit Trainer). I know 11 characters would be a bit too much, but eh. 8 would be reasonable (just add in Kirby, Samus and another newcomer) :3

I'm not complaining tho, since this IS a pretty high quality demo.

Also guys, I will be attending EGX 2014 in London next week (it's basically European E3/Comic-Con). Nintendo will host their third official SSB4 tourney. Winners get a Special Smash Bros. 3DS XL (which I already pre-ordered but If I win I can just cancel the order and save money) as well as the chance to play against pros on the big screen and get it streamed live on the internet. :3

I'm not sure if I can participate though since they haven't revealed the exact time for registration/tournament start, and I'll only be there for 2 out of 4 days (Saturday and Sunday, but EGX lasts from Thursday-Sunday). If you can't enter at Saturday then FML. Either way, I'm still super hyped (just too bad that I can't play games rated 18+ there; there were some I really wanted to try out like Borderlands TPS, Battlefield and Evolve)

That mans you could leave your 3DS in sleep while charging and you cold play forever! However you wouldn't be able to do anything else on your 3DS.

Same! I'm on 28! By the time the 3DS version is out I will not even be at 26! :P Also Gridatttack, I live in the US so I don't know what you mean when you say the demo is not out here.
