So, you've gotten StageData, can you see a couple of files inside folders (Some don't have anything, they are unused. Except for 2 unused zones that have the files)
There are types of archives. Sound, Design, Zone Info, Scenario, Light, Ghost, Demo, and Map.
Now, let me explain what each of them does.

1- Sound
Sound is basically....sound. It holds audio effects for levels, and the BGM Music (Backround Music).

2- Design
This archive mostly holds lighting stuff. Like glares, tone, etc.

3- ZoneInfo
This holds all the zones inside of a level. The zones listed inside the file, are the names of another folder in StageData. You can't open it manually in Anarchy, you have to extract it using ArcExtract, yaz0dec, and rarcdump. You will get bcsv files. They can be opened with MN1's BCSV editor. (Found only in the files that have the last part "Galaxy" in it.)

4- Scenario
This is the most important file to comet changing and star adding. This configures how many stars are in a level, what type of star, and what type of comet, and how much time you get for the level.(Found only in the files that have the last part "Galaxy" in it.)

5- Light
Holds light information on levels. And effects.

6- Ghost
The ghost luigi that is in the level. This file can be opened, but it shows nothing in anarchy. So, we have to extract it using tools. When we do, there are file types called .gst and .pad files.(Found only in the files that have the last part "Galaxy" in it.)

7- Demo
Cutscene holders. They are filled with bcsv animations that configure triggered cutscene animations in-game. All have to be present for a certain type of animation.

8- Map
The most IMPORTANT type of archive in this whole game. THis file stores where objects are placed, areas that are configured, camera data, path data, Debug information, Layers for certain stars, List info (Always has a Undefined entry), and much more.

These are the archives inside of a level's files.

THere is another version of anarchy but 3d called Whitehole.
Here are the downloads to the programs used to get inside these files.

Something I would add is that the gst files in the ghost archive are controllers(literally) and they're used in SMG1 for Cosmic comet races.

Those are spawned enemies used in the game. (For example: ChildKameck is Kamella's spawned Kamecks.)

You and NWP basically said the same thing. :O But yeah, it's better to work with SMG2 because it's more organized, I wish Mega would test with SMG2 so I can stop using anarchy. :3

After all, the majority is going to be hacking SMG2, because it has more content.

Exactly, and he said he will Test with SMG2 next time he's about to release.

I hope so.
