Post your designs and concepts for Bowser's Gravigen Extractor here. This level is based around gravity as opposed to lava, so we need it to revolve around gravity instead. One idea is a giant machine that sucks gravity from planets and you use giant tubes from it to traverse the galaxy. ____________________ Long live the new Kuribo64 |

Maybe launch stars could blast Mario through the tubes an into the interior of the planets? Just an idea ____________________

I think there should be a Bowser fight on ice. Mainly because it's an idea that hasn't been done before and could make for very interesting gameplay. I'm posting this here because this seems to be the most suitable galaxy (Bullet Base is lava-based and Edge of the Universe is epic finale massive boss argh-based). I think it might be a bit too difficult to do in World 2 though, which means it probably won't be implemented at all but hey, just throwing the idea out there. |

Ooooooh, that'd be a very interesting fight! Unfortunately the meteors wouldn't be ice-based ____________________

...wut.
This is supposed to be the screwy gravity themed galaxy, right? Actually, I wonder how would Bowser and his shockwaves act like on a non-spherical planet. Or even a flat platform. Would the shockwaves adjust to the planet? If a flat platform works, Bowser could even be fought indoors, in a huge spherical room where the pipes end. Anyway, there should definitely be tubes, with even screwier gravity than the outside. Because, you know, screwy gravity in an outdoor place gets Mario killed. ____________________ Burrow Base design- Text complete. I might try my hand at some art...maybe...eventually...? that's the point is that this is a gravity galaxy. gravity doesn't just apply to what you think it does. fighting the ice is also an example of it. So it belongs here ._. ____________________ "I hate playing musical chats" ~ Quote of the month |

Yeah, ice sounds fine, but so does lava, if we are going for that case. |

we could also have quicksand collision or possibly that moving sand, since that also effects my definition of "gravity" ____________________ "I hate playing musical chats" ~ Quote of the month |

Quicksand is collison? So we should have multiple broken pyramids floating around. |

Sorry, I don't quite get what you mean by "fighting the ice". Or why ice, lava and quicksand should be in a gravity themed galaxy. ____________________ Burrow Base design- Text complete. Maybe the gravigen extracted from the planets is causing the planets to behave strangly, like lava that is quick-sand like or grass that burns you
[5:45pm] cosmological: okay to anyone here I have an amazing idea for a my next design [5:45pm] cosmological: and its going to be an amazing galaxy in my opinion [5:45pm] cosmological: therefore my next design is going to be Bowser's Gravigen Extractor Apparently Cosmological is designing this galaxy D: ____________________

Well, he said he has ideas for it, seems reasonable, but if he's doing this I want to look into Rolling Rough |

I know gravity can be pointed in the 4 directions, but can it actually be messed with so that there's half gravity or doublly strong gravity or something like that? Probably impossible though. Just wanted to ask.
Anyway, there should probably be a central ball of....uhh...some purply stuff...retextured dark matter to look darker, if possible? So yeah, maybe there should be tubes running from an assortment of various unstable planets, in which most of the weird gravity platforming takes place, because otherwise it's hard to make "outdoor" gravity puzzles. ____________________ Burrow Base design- Text complete. Yes it is, there's even a setting that can override other gravity. You can do a TON of stuff with gravity ____________________ "I hate playing musical chats" ~ Quote of the month |

Really? :o
Then the main planet could have double gravity (or more...jumping restricted) and the other planets could have less. If that's possible. That would also be very useful in other places...
