I've attempted to port all the planets from the Dusty Dune and Sand Spiral Galaxies (Aside from JumboDeathSandPlanet) into Flip-Swap Galaxy. I have the files copied, and reused my modified DesertMovingLand (It works, and is featured in my Star Savannah Galaxy). I've placed all the planets into Flip-Swap, attempted to load it, and it crashed...earlier than normal. Wehen you select a star and press A, the star moves to the center of the screen and all the other ones fly away. Well, the star got about halfway before the game froze. I can try to supply any further info needed. The files I used are here: https://kuribo64.net/get.php?id=NPr4mAV3XTRPzR0b. Any suggestions are wanted. ANYTHING. If there's any chance, even 1:1,000,000 that it will work, I still would like to know.

Because you still need to add them to the file like if you were importing a custom plsnet, you still need to define them with "SimpleMapObj". Also a debug printout would be nice too. I'd need the very bottom with the list of addresses and the very top with all the registers (r00, r01, etc.)

Well, I removed all the planets, added a few back in, and added those few to PlanetMapDataTable. Still Crashed. I just launched the level with the Debug Screen enabled. Didn't show anything. Does that mean it's an infinite loop? WHAT DO I DO!?! P.S. I had the same problem trying to add the comet observatory parts into MarioFaceShipZone. Could these be the same problem? (No, I didn't try the Domes or Dome-related objects, just the ship models)

JUST BECAUSE YOU SOLVED YOUR PROBLEM DOESN'T MEAN THAT THREAD NEEDS TO BE DELETED OR EVEN LOCKED.

Um, I think you mean closed, splitwirez, plus you might get into trouble for backseat modding. I you want to have your thread closed, please politely PM an admin.

I just might find it slightly comical if they decide to delete more than just the thread.... (I'm only joking)

Maybe we could have the contents of the original post back? Maybe it'll help new members out in the future :/

There you go.

This thread is staying. There's nothing more annoying and selfish to the community than 'oh nevermind, I solved it, now delete this so others can't use it as help if they have the same problem'.

Wow. That is a very good point. Never thought of that. I feel like such a jerk now...

Nah, don't feel bad. There are probably tons of boards out there that love to delete 'solved' threads to keep things clean.

We prefer keeping any valuable thread, really. Database size isn't much of a concern nowadays, especially not on a small board like this one.

(besides, 'deleting' threads on this board doesn't actually free space)
