Comets (ScenariaData.bcsv):

Both games:
Red: Speedy Comet
Dark: Daredevil Comet
Purple: Purple Comet
Quick: Quick Comet

SMG1 only:
Black: Timed Purple Comet
Ghost: Cosmic Comet

SMG2 only:
Exterminate: Romp Comet
Mimic: Clone Comet

SMG2 uses Purple for timed purple comets.
If you want to use Black or Red, you have to change the section CometTimer (values are in seconds).

Cosmic Mario race files (SMG1):
GhostDataHoneyBeeKingdomGalaxy.arc <-- Honeyhive Galaxy
GhostDataIceVolcanoGalaxy.arc <-- Freezeflame Galaxy
GhostDataOceanRingGalaxy.arc <-- Sea Slide Galaxy
GhostDataReverseKingdomGalaxy.arc <-- Gold Leaf Galaxy
GhostDataStarDustGalaxy.arc <-- Space Junk Galaxy

Power Stars (ScenariaData.bcsv):
Normal Power Star: Set PowerStarType to 'Normal'
Hidden Power Star: Set PowerStarType to 'Hidden'
Green Star: Set PowerStarType to 'Green'

You forgot one.
A powerstar type can be 'Hidden'

Also, you can't just put 'Red' for a speedy timer. You have to alter CometTimer whose values are in seconds.

If I add a purple coin comet, must I also add 100 purple coins too? How do I add a comet?

You need at least 100 purple coins, and have the section "Comet" in "ScenarioData.bcsv" set to "Purple".
If you want to add a timed purple comet, you'll have to set it to "Black" (SMG1 only) and change "CometLimitTimer" (works with Purple in SMG2).

It don't work when I want to play a level edit of SMG1. If I want for example "CocoonExGalaxy", will I only take the "CocoonExGalaxy" folder that have two files in it (don't know what they was, but not a "CocoonExGalaxyMap.arc"), only the "CocoonExGalaxy.arc" file which is outside from the folder, or both of them? I tried everything but it didn't work. Help please!

SMG1 has a different filesystem. The scenarios go in the "BlahblahGalaxy" folder, while the regular galaxy goes just into StageData.

9009023A, It's one of the fields in ScenarioData.bcsv. MN1'S BCSV editor SHOULD display it as CometLimitTimer, IIRC.
