@Rosalink13: Agreed. SMS2 would be more appealing than SMG3, in my opinion. I can see so much being done with SMS's physics.

The Super Mario owner Shigeru Miyamoto will maybe make a Super Mario Galaxy 3, but it is unknow. I'm already done with all SMG1 and 2 levels so I want a new part. What do you want? Please vote! |

No. Something new would be interesting, a new Galaxy game would not. ____________________

In my opinion, Super Mario Galaxy 2 was fine. The thing is that they had so many chances to do amazing things *Cough*SpaceJunkAsObstacles*Cough*, but never actually took them. ____________________

I would like a new one, they would just need make it more open world and add some REALLY new things. Which means more than just new power ups and Yoshi.

Although I wouldn't mind Galaxy 3, I would prefer something like Sunshine 2 or SM64 2 ____________________ Guess who's back |

I'm not sure I'd want a Sunshine 2, but probably some kind of more open world game.

Id like to see, a SMS2, an SMG3, and SM642 or something. I enjoyed SMG the most because of the wiis capabilities tho. If Nintendo were to do something along any of these lines for the wii u, it would be fantastic! I really loved the SMG series, so another one would be great. The gc and the N64 didn't have the flexibility to be as good in terms of game abilities. Im not talking about graphics.
In short, Id like to see ANY of the following that I stated above. ____________________ Remember, every user has to start out somewhere,- Every time I look back at my old posts, I cringe. |

I think that the concept could still be expanded on, but I hope they change the hub to be more like SMG 1, where you have more than 2 options at any one time. Also, not the really lame mario head space ship which looked like it belonged in a mario coloring book more than a SMG game. |

Super Mario Galaxy is the third best game in the world. I think a SMG3 would be nice. I'm done with the other two galaxy-games so a new part would be fun. |

Posted by gridatttack But remember, creativity knows no end. so we can expect everything from nintendo... not the things we actually want actually. |

I find all the people going "The ideas already used up" amusing, given that we're a site based around the creation of 3D mario levels, and we're still coming up with new ideas. |

I would love a Galaxy Sunshine crossover, but then that would seem like they ran out of ideas. Anyone for Super Mario Sunshine: Tropical Freeze? |

Posted by Krazyguy75 This. Also, it's not a tired gimmick because there are infinite things that can be done with it. It was the best direction Nintendo could have taken with the series before they were all like "Oh, people like Tanooki Mario, this means that we just need to stop innovating because people like the old stuff". I would more than welcome an SMG3. You know, as opposed to a SM3D3 or a NSMB3. Oh, and SMS2 will never happen for the same reasons listed above. Ninty thinks that it didn't sell as well. Status: It was really, really fun, guys - thanks for the ride!

I feel that the galaxy idea/theme can be expanded much more than a beach theme. I feel that sms was a good game, but still lacked a proper main theme, but galaxy, it had everything, beaches, ghosts, lava, water, ice, space, so much in one game! I might be a little bit biased since I do like smg more, but think about it, the galaxy theme in my opinion could be endless, and I don't think there is any other theme that is as endless as this. |
