BowieZ's theme will be used for the night mission, OK. The NSMBDS athletic was used in MSMBW and NSMB2. The day mission should use the NSMBU athletic instead in my opinion.

If I had to choose though, I would simply remake humongous to fit a day feel to keep things consistent.
