This is really cool and it works good, but there are two features that would create lifesavers on this.

- An undo button

I found that ctrl-Z works just fine in here. :P

EDIT: Is it possible to duplicate galaxies with this tool by replacing the point data on the map with that of another galaxy?
Status: It was really, really fun, guys - thanks for the ride!

It wouldn't matter because it would be the same map being loaded twice. You couldn't change anything.

No, another value determines what World it's in in another file.

Not to undermine what MrRean did, but you should be thanking PhantomWings too, considering he wrote the BCSV library and renderer.

And i bet he did most of the work

JK, but I thank Phantom too :3

Another requested feature would be the ability to add and remove points and links. A drag feature as StarLight mentioned would also be most helpful.

Also, it's kinda imperative that this be added soon. I'm making the World Maps for SMG2.5 and I need the ability to remove points.

Pretty much. I actually think MrRean just had the idea of making the editor, and had PhantomWings do it...

umm I really don't think I should really do that (Calling for more color vectors and moar coding if you want..)

'color vectors'? hello I have no idea what I'm talking about but it's cool because I look savvy

(I think he meant vertex colors)

It wouldn't make much sense either.

I don't suppose there is a way to restore the SMG 1 like level hub? (completely do away with the Map Editor) I particularly hate the level select world map thing that Galaxy 2 has and is why though I am interested in trying out some of these tools, would probably only do so with the first Super Mario Galaxy.

That would take a LOT of Assembly to pull off, so you're better off just hacking SMG1 then 2, and this won't help you with that since it's entirely different in SMG1

I wasn't looking for the tool to be able to do it just to know if it was possible. Thanks though.
