Does anybody know how to set up a camera so that it doesn't scroll on a certain axis?

Any map on a flat torus can be colored with at most 7 colors.

Check Flip-Swap's comet star. It has a value that disables the rotation on left/right

He means literally not move on one axis, like locking it to X and Y for a 2D area

Hmmm. Im no expert (NOOOO, Really?) but maybe you could apply the axis lock (like in 2d areas) for all axis. flip swaps camera doesn't go to the underside of disk planets by default. that I think is a lock. But as stated before, I'm no expert.
