Don't worry, I'm not talking about a 2.5 revival. Instead I have an idea of how we came make something better. This may be a longshot but here I go.
What if we made a collaboration SMG2 hack? We would share the .arc files (excuse me if I got the file type wrong) of levels people from the community made and insert them into one big hack game thing. My name for it would be "A Super Mario Galaxy Thing", or ASMGT. Now, let the war of saying how I'm stupid or something like that begin. |

You luckily got the file type right.
Anyway, you are actually right. We can make a new Smg2 project and hopefully this one will not be a faliure like Smg2.5. We could assign the new project to StapleButter (also called blarg) and get started right now. Now, all we need is a name. Name ideas: -New Smg (AngelYoshi34 gave me that idea) -Mario Galaxy V -Extra Mario Galaxy -Super Mario: Super Universe -Smg2 PLUS! -The one you mentioned |

I'm not stopping anybody from making a new hack at all, feel free to try whatever you wish.
Also, don't assign an admin, just put levels together for a hack ![]() ____________________ a |

I saw this idea earlier actually, it was rejected because we didn't wanted the low quality of the Mario kart Wii custom tracks. but this might be still a good idea

Posted by jjesss064 Where did you get that idea? That's the one thing I DID want was to have them be like MKW CTs because it's either that in levels and/or no custom models or nothing at all. Creating a scene like that is the only way, so IDK where you got that idea. Posted by supermagikoopa10.3 What was that about no people no scene no project? ____________________ "I hate playing musical chats" ~ Quote of the month |

Hey guys, just putting this out there, you seem to be thinking SMG2 hacks are a breeze to create based on your wording. And even though the SMG2.5 team argued alot, I can tell you firsthand you are incorrect.
I'm just getting overwhelming feelings of "easier said than done" with all these 2.5 revival/new hack threads. |

Pretty much. A new project requires dedication. ____________________ a |
