Wouldn't the compass work better as a clock, showing the passing of time? A compass doesn't make much sense as an indicator of seasons.

There could be a big planet and many little planets. The big planet have on one side death and on the other many plants
and life so there could be one star on the life planets and an other star on the dead planets, so when Mario comes
to the Galaxy everything is green and full of life but in the secound star are everything dead and no plants growing.

Uh Designester I appreciate your enthusiasm but having read all your design posts, I'm asking you to please read the design threads before posting, as all of your ideas are basically restatements of the basic idea of the galaxy.

HolyRomanEmperor and I were thinking of doing a collab for a western themed galaxy. Star 1 would have trains and Star 2 will have giant pokey heads as bandits. Expect a rough design somewhere in January

Just saying, I'm thinking of this galaxy to be more like 2 galaxies, with an "alive" theme to 1 and a "dead" theme to the other, with an vast expanse of dirt/blue grass in the middle. There could be little outposts on both sides (Invisible walls prevent you from exiting) where you could switch from one side to another. There would also be planets on both sides that you travel to.
