Whenever I post, it is recorded in Glitched Time Zone (EST+4).
For example, I posted this at 9/24/13 8:35 p.m. and look at what it says

By default, timestamps on the board are in the timezone the server is in.

In your profile, you can configure a timezone offset that is added to the timestamps so that they correspond to your local time.
