When I first thought of Corona Mountain, I thought it was something like that dungeon in Wind Waker...Dragon Roost Cavern, was it? I was really disappointed when I found out it was basically a strait line.

To me it's a tie between Ricco Harbor and Gelato Beach, but I'll go with Gelato Beach.

The reason? It was the level in SMS that screamed the most "Sunshine" and it had everything a resort needs. It has a big beach, palms, a nice tower, a resort shop, Coral Reefs, Festivals and WATERMELONS

Well not really "levels". More like "Worlds", which contained 8 levels in them. It's like the SM64 system.
And also there were alot of standalone secret levels scattered around Delfino Plaza too. The game is bigger than you think, trust me
