I have returned after a lengthy absence from the SMG2.5. Back in the day many of you may have seen me slipping between jobs, sometimes volunteering to create levels but never actually finishing them. In fact, one of the reasons why I was gone so long is that I never really saw any pressing reason for me to come back once I left. Most of my constructive posts were simply answering noobish questions or reviewing level designs.
I am sorry to say I haven't improved much. The only difference is that my Windows virtual machine software (I run OS X) has been increasingly dysfunctional to the point where I can't even boot up Whitehole or Anarchy to do anything at all. I'm sorry to say, I will probably still be going around, reviewing designs, giving constructive criticism, and distributing moral support. Not exactly worthy to be in the game's credits, but it's all I got.  My title isn't actually a joke, really.
I'm really sorry that I can't be a little more helpful than I am now.  Status: It was really, really fun, guys - thanks for the ride!

Whitehole is written in Java, so you can run it on a Mac. |

Posted by Marionumber1 It runs, but the visual editor is minimized to an unseeable level in the bottom left corner of the window when you interact with it hence making it unusable on a Mac. Polari has the same problem. Status: It was really, really fun, guys - thanks for the ride!

Don't they sell windows for osx at like best buy? I wish they had it the other way around... Apple is not as generous as Microsoft D: |

Posted by Marionumber1 My best bet would be to save up and upgrade Parallels in the hope that it will work better. I don't use Bootcamp because I'd have to buy another Windows disk and have to restart to access it in the first place. I figure it's more worth it (and cheaper) to wait until I can upgrade. UPDATE: I'm investigating the possibility of getting extra RAM so Parallels can run better. Once (and if) I manage to do this, I will start experimenting in Whitehole again. Status: It was really, really fun, guys - thanks for the ride!
