Archives (.arc):
* Yaz0 compression
* RARC format (RARC == decompressed .arc)

BCSV format:
* Treeki's info, at Nikoboard

3D model (.bmd/.bdl) format:
* Documentation on the file format, based off bmdview2's source code
* Gamecube Flipper documentation (the Wii's Hollywood is the same, only clocked faster), covers TEV stages

For more, you can get a C# decompiler and open Anarchy in the Galaxy in it. For .bdl files you can also look into bmdview2's source code rather than the doc listed above.

Woah, that is a lot of coding language that I do not understand. What does Yaz0 mean? Is it some type of format?

Yaz0 is a compression format used in many games, such as Sunshine, Double Dash, and SMG. It's used to compress RARC files, the archives that most of the game's files are stored inside.

I see. So it basically reduces memory while still keeping performance rates high? (or am I mixing it up with some other term?):P
