I think we should make our promotional site way better than http://www.newerteam.com and instead, take inspiration from SMG2's Japanese website as Glem3 said. If we only provide screenshots and textures models in the site's background, it would only spoil as much as a standard trailer.

Here are my proposed tabs. Please note I used plurals for the trailer and demo since we will eventually have more than one:

About The Game
Tells the history about the project, what it is aiming for, and a disclaimer about legality at the bottom of the page.

Trailers
Embedded videos of all the trailers.

Demos
Download links of all the demos plus written tutorials on how to install them.

Story
Simply says that Peach has been kidnapped by Bowser.

Characters
Friends
Talks about Mario, Luigi, Peach, Young Master Luma, NPCs, etc.

Foes
Talks about Bowser, Bowser Jr., and the Koopa Troop.

Upcoming
Lets people know to expect new trailers and demos. Also tells people to wait for "surprise in-game features".

Cool site, except I don't understand shit since it's in Japanese :P

Also Nintendo has that blarg habit of making all-Flash sites. Our site shouldn't use Flash (except for the occasional youtube embed if they really don't want to give us a HTML5 player). Flash is a piece of shit and should be banished from the internet.

SMG2.5 membership is akways flucuating. A staff page on the site woukd have to be updated every so often. I personally do not think that is a good idea :P.

I don't thibk we are supposed to even work on the credits until the end. I think we should just have "This is a project by Glem3" and that's all. Since we are a community project, a definote team cannot be fully guranteed.
