In my opinion, EA has MANY MANY flaws, calling it the worst company was a bit harsh though...
I just love the games it has. Need for speed, battlefield, crysis, simcity, sims, and all the ea sports titles. I guess my love for EA is like your guys love for Nintendo, I can admit its a failure as a company, but its hard to swollow |

I wouldn't exactly say the Wii U is failing, but it's not at its finest for now. I think they released it TOO EARLY and that it was a bad choice for Nintendo to start releasing the games much later. NSMBU can't keep everyone playing forever... --------------- And oh my god my dad was so obnoxious last night. He had his friends over and they sounded like teenagers last night and drinking. Nintendo's marketing strategy is bad. Specially since they launched a console that isnt even half as powerful as the other consoles of its generation (PS4 and xbox). They pretty much fucked it up.
We'll see how the XBOX is at the reveal tomorrow, we'll get new information about the specs, the price, the games, and the next cod (a game lol) |

I personally think it will be overpriced as usual, and it will have the same thing happen. I personally don't think I even need an xbox 360 all that much, much less the newest one. The reason people haven't bought Wii U is because they have a wii and that would be enough for them for a long time, and there's no reason to upgrade unless you have the money and want the newest games. the same thing goes for the 3DS. There's SO MANY GAMES for the DS thst the 3DS almost seems unnecessary unless tou want the newest games.

NO. Longer console cycles is a VERY VERY bad idea. Hardware will just stop being produced, PC's will be ahead by A LOT and they will have custom games not made for the other consoles. You might not care about the games that actually require the new hardware, but most people do, unless upgradable consoles are made, console cycles should be minimal in my opinion, ranging from 3 - 4 years. There is no more space for moving forward if you are just stuck with old and bad hardware. This is why the EA engineer was mad, Wii U launched with bad specs, and you could either buy a Wii U at $350 today and get the need to buying a better console in 2 years, or you could just save up an extra $100 and buy the competitor consoles one year later which will have all the games and run them at 60FPS. And sure, you might like laggy and low resolution games, you might not even care...
Wii U will come to the point where developers will have to make games run at lower resolutions, lower frame rates or not even make games for Wii U at all. You'll notice Wii U having less and less games over the years like Wii did in its last 2 or 3 years, while the other consoles keep getting the games because they are still a bit more capable of running the new games. |

Hiya everyone! I'm back from a 3-day vacation which I never bothered announcing! 
Aaanyway Dego I'll have to disagree with your statement that "the next Xbox will be the most popular 4th gen console". If the claims/rumours that it won't play used games AND that it will always require a internet connection to play it are true, then I think that Microsoft's gaming career will end very soon after the 720 releases (all of the people in my class who play Xbox have said that they're instantly switching to PS4 if those rumours are true) 
And yeah the Wii U sucks right now and is a pretty bad console, but the 3DS was just like this in the beginning. I have full faith in that once the Wii U's best and most anticipated games will be released, it will be an amazing console. It will be just like the 3DS. Today the 3DS has evolved so much and gotten so many amazing games that it outsells the Vita by at least 20x (Or something. It might have changed now though), but 2 years ago if the Vita would have existed then it would have probably outsold the 3DS by 50x. Basically right now the Wii U is overshadowed by the other 4th Gen consoles, but once it picks up the pace it will show its true greatness  ____________________ Former SMG2.5 Advertiser and one-time Level Designer/Artist - So Apparently Norway is rich while Denmark and Sweden are happy. It is really funy that Microsoft Sam cannot even pronounce sone English words correctly. But "correctly" I mean that Microsoft Sam has its own seperate dialect that no human soeaks. Soo... IMPORTANT TOPIC: The new Xbox One!
What are your opinions about the newly announced Xbox one? I personally think it's a hilariously crappy idea. I mean sure the console itself is powerful and has some handy features, but I buy consoles for the GAMES, not to be able to watch TV, movies or Skype or anything of that bullshit! the Xbox one isn't even worthy of being called a gaming console. It's more of a simple "Entertainment" console or "TV Console". And also what's the deal with the fact that to get the console to work you need to TALK TO IT like a fucking retard? And also for the whole "You dont need the Remote to watch TV" thing, the Wii U's Gamepad can be used as a TV remote anyway so that's really nothing new.
