The purpose of this galaxy is to contrast sunny from rainy, some possible ways are having a planet with sun on one side and rain on the other, or part of a planet is hit by sun and the other is hit by rain. One of my personal ideas that I want to include is that there is arather main planet that has drought on one side and too much rain on the other.

Last view: 1261 days ago 		From what I'm imagining this to be like, the sky needs to be mellow, something grey, with clouds. so it's not to bright and not too dark.
Otherwise the textures and such will be overwhelming IMO.

* You are underneath a storm's rain but a Galactic Tornado or Tweester allows you to hover above the storm clouds and escape to a sunny paradise.

* A place that is flooded like Delfino Plaza, however, the storm is still there when you arrive. You have to swim and jump your way from the rainy shadow of the storm. The sunny and dry part has a switch like Glem said except the switch drains the flood waters along with dispersing the storm clouds.

* Rain in the sun. AKA "sun shower". 'Nuff said.

Last view: 1261 days ago 		Yesh, there may be cloud mechanics, but TBH, even I don't know what cosmo is planning for the design. We need a solid ground before we can really do anything with this. Hopefully it can get worked on over the summer.
