Like I said on the irc, it's way too slow, and the melody isn't very prominent. That sample (finished, of course) may work for shrapnel sandbar though. What we have in mind is something more fast paced and exciting like the Melty Molten or Melty Monster Galaxy themes. They are much more energetic and build up excitement for such a difficult yet amazing galaxy.

I love mg3's piece, except it sounds more like "chaos" than a lava hell.
(the intro sounds like a pokemon piece  )
Yeah, I like Gintiko's piece too. Sounds good for a part of Flarefrost. ____________________ Burrow Base design- Text complete. I might try my hand at some art...maybe...eventually...? I'd suggest it for flarefrost but Geo already has a piece for that. It does carry the same feel as the one Gintiko made |

I don't mind substituting my piece for this  It's got a bunch more melody, and it's a much higher quality soundfont than I could produce with my current software.
As long as Gintoki can make an ice piece that's suited to this, I'm more than happy to let him take Flarefrost

The thing is, I personally prefer Geo's piece in terms of melody, but Gintoki's in terms of quality. I think you two should collab, because a REALLY awesome song for FF could come out of it. ____________________

If I were to actually make this there would be a melody on top of those chords. And lastly I know I'm playing the same chord over and over through the whole song. Like I said I can't play the piano, so that chord is just my left hand xP |
