As soon as I finish and post the written design for Mirror Madness (which will likely be during Easter Break due to me being busy next week), I will make a new written design for Ricco Harbor. This time, it will be longer amd I will try to make it as least of a mishmash as possible.

Yeah, it would probably be better to stick with the original model. I have seen Polari's video, and yes, the model does visually glitch up (metal beams sometimes show off BG stars, like Cosmoc Mario and the Cosmic Spirit). The dark shadows of the missing boats snd fish baskets can be fixed by importing those models. Remember that only the level structure is imported. We would have to import the other "parts" to accustom with the level's original features. Pretty much everything except for original model design. So I'm thinking that since this is a 3 star galaxy, it would make perfect sense if Yoshi's Island 3 was a secret star. Not only does it make the galaxy more organized, but it gives that Retro Sunshine feel! (You know those random secret missions in certain places? It would also account for the fact that YI3 doesn't have the typical length of a Super Mario Galaxy level. |

I'm fine with either music piece be used in that area. So I decided my design will be: Star 1: Bob-Omb Battlefield Star 2: Start in Ricco Harbor, go into Secret Yi3 level. Star 3: Comet/Secret Star only in Ricco Harbor. ____________________

Ricco Harbor is going quite well for me. Only thing is, I have been too lazy to work on it since I have been playing Dark Moon. I'll progress further in my written design tonight, possibly even finish it and post it tonight.
Edit: Ricco Harbor is Star 2. In my design, I am having the Comet Medal being accessed after defeating six Piranha Plants on a "bonus island". It is accessed via Warp Pad and will have extremely tall Delfino Plaza-like buildings surrounding it to prevent the player from leaving the island. Basically, the island is a courtyard. Here is my Ricco Harbor design. It is actually finished, but I want to hear all of your critiques and suggestions to further polish it.
Ricco Harbor Star 2-*Not yet named*: Welcome back to Ricco Harbor! Well, some of the Piantas aren't happy. They remember Mario dirtying the island.Ricco Harbor's music is Maulio's orchestrated remix. __________________________ You land right where you land in SMS. A Pianta near by says, "Hey, weren't you that mustache man that polluted our island before?" There is a Pianta in front of the warehouse who says, "I'm a Chuckster!" when you go near him. If you get close to him, he will throw you on top of the warehouse. Three coins are on the peaks of the warehouse's roof. The dock that had the surfing Bloopers is where it was in SMS, but it has three Leaf Rafts instead. A Pianta on the dock says, "I am Big Daddy. I am so generous that I allow people to use my Leaf Rafts for free! Go ahead, use the Leaf Rafts for as long as you want!" when you talk to him. __________________________ The sewer is accessible. The round flipping thingies from Airship Armada, the Kamella airships, and Flipsville are duplicated and given the manhole model from SMS. Unlike SMS, the camera actually follows you into the sewer. Springboards in the sewer are under the manhole covers to allow you to get Mario out of the sewer. __________________________ The secret drain area is closed off with the bar gate. A Pianta says to you, "The drain's been closed! Now how am I supposed to get to work... Oh wait, there is a device that you can use to open the gate. The device should be somewhere on those beams. Wait a second, you're the guy who once painted that ink all over the place! I'm pretty sure you're the one who closed the drain, Mr. Mischeif!" There are a variety of ways in which you can get Mario on the beams. You can use the fruit freighter's exhaust pipe to get on the beams. You cam also use the sewer mentioned in the above paragraph. If you do use the sewer, the crane near the fruit tanks is working. This means that you can swim to the crane to use it to reach the metal beams. __________________________ The metal beams have Octoombas, Elite Octoombas, and Octoguys on them. For your benefit, defeat them as you move on. The crane at the end closest to the harbor's edge has a working crane near it. You can also use this crane, but be mindful of nearby Octoombas. Your goal is to enter the cage contraption in the middle. The trampoline pads here act like the springboards in SMG1/2. You must use the trampoline pads to reach a cage contraption. __________________________ A Warp Pad is located on a platform next to the beams. The platform is overlooks the ship in front of the warehouse and is the one that had the Rocket Nozzle in the third episode of Ricco Harbor. The Warp Pad leads you to an island out in the sea. It has Delfino Plaza-like buildings which are too tall to climb. These buildings provide as a barrier so that you cannot leave the island. The island is basically a courtyard. On the island will need to defeat six Piranha Plants with a Rainbow Star to get three 1-Up Mushrooms. __________________________ Inside the contraption is a Ground Pound that will open the gate if you hit it. However, this cage is like a maze. Plus, it has those Octopuses in barrels. When you enter through the top of the cage, there is a gap in the cage. If you fall, through it, you will land on a metal platform below. You must defeat the Octopusrs to lower a piece of the cage. Each gap is over a metal structure in the water with two Octopuses accompanying each gap. When you get through each gap, you make it to the Ground Pound switch in the middle of the cage. Now that the Ground Pound switch has opened the gate, you can now reach the warp pipe at the end of the drain. The warp pipe leads Mario to the secret drain area. __________________________ The secret drain area's music is Toy Time's/Supermassive's SMB remix. You jump out of the pipe where Mario would be when he reached the drain in SMS. Near Mario is a golden chest. A Golden Koopa Shell lies in the water all the way on the other side. However, Mario cannot simply swim or walk to it. Preying Mantas lie underwater. Swoopers and Scuttlebugs are on the cement area surrounding the canal. On top of the cement structures in the middle of the area are Boulders along with more Swoopers and Scuttlebugs. When Mario finally reaches the other side, Preying Mantas are circling the Golden Shell. Mario must grab it wuth caution and bring it back to the Golden Chest. When he hits it, a Golden Pianta jumps out. The Golden Pianta thanks Mario for freeing him and awards Mario with a Power Star.
