Last view: 1758 days ago 		Well there's no need to go too deep into that matter. Sure it could be nice to make it look a TINY bit "ruined", but let's not go overboard. This is just supposed to be a remake of a classic level, not a completely new version of that level.
We're not changing Bob-Omb Battlefield and Ricco Harbour at all, so this shouldn't be too different.

If we change it too much then some people might not recognize it, and recognize it to feel the nostalgia is exactly what we want them to do.

Besides like I said it's been 15 years since Mario last time was in Bob-Omb Battlefield, but it hasn't changed at all, so we shouldn't go too overboard with the changes.

That sounds unnecessarily deep when you compare it to the other retro remix levels, which are just about nostalgia and revisiting the nostalgic levels just as they were. Because it's not like that the 2D Levels become beat down while the 3D Levels don't :P

Buut then again this is all just my opinion. Great models anyway agent! :D

The sad feeling isn't supposed to be the main theme, just something that more observant people might catch. Just some little details like the Yoshi coins being mined. Most will find that a fun reference, others will look a bit harder and see that it's kinda sad that they're being treated as "artifacts."
