I'm planning on finishing it as a side project, and releasing it for interested people. The main TODO list is:

* Editing/deleting/etc comments
* IP bans
* More flexible permission system
* General settings panel (for setting the default theme, the site name, etc)
* Ability to add custom links to the header (?)
* Upgrade to HTML5
* Make the redirects instant
* Provide an installer

The following changes have already been made:
* Somewhat cleaner theme system
* Store passwords as salted SHA256 instead of plain SHA256

There are other things that could be done but aren't essential:
* changing the software to use prepared SQL queries
* similarly, making it use templates instead of hardcoded HTML
* DB table prefix support -- would be essential to make the software interact with other software without modifying it

Kuriblog's main feature is that it is simple and lightweight. A few people have shown interest in it because of this.

If you're curious, an older download is available, but it's incomplete, and is provided as-is.
screw that, Nikoboard just died today. What's with Kawa and deleting shit >_<

Makes things more clear. Now does the software send blog posts to the site or does it recieve posts from the site?

Neither. It's standalone blog software, you post blog entries there and they show up there.

Oh, so no website. This would be like a chat. Alright.

No, once again you misunderstood.

It's a blog software (like what WordPress is) where the owner of the blog posts entries and others can read them and post comments.

Actually, the blog owner isn't the only one who can post blog entries.

There's a powerlevel system similar to Acmlmboard's. I don't remember which is the minimum powerlevel required to post blog entries, though. Must be 2 I think.

If someone makes their own website, could they have Kuriblog on it? (Like how NSMBHD and this site both use ABXD.)

Yes, that's the point. It's supposed to be universal. It will work just like ABXD will. It'll use a SQL database and put data there and there are no prerequisites. At least, that's what I was told.

Yes. This would work on any website as long as the server meets the requirements, which are PHP and some kind of MySQL-compatible server.
