They would be moving very fast and you will have to hit a ground pound switch to slow down time or else you fall. I just thought slowing down fast Grinder Saws woukd something neat because you are preventing your own demise from happening. I may evetually type a design for this galaxy. I am thinking about making the future having almost everything looking nice and chrome-plated, except for some "post-apocalyptic" elements such as destroyed buildings. Basically, every time setting will have a city motif.
Past: Wood, cobblestone, and adobe. Some steel, glass, and concrete near the switching warp pipes. Present: Some wood, cobblestone, and adobe near the warp pipes you came out of. Other than that, steel, glass, and concrete. Eh, the future should be mostly falling apart, anything else will not fit the mood or the music or anything. I do like the rest of the materials. How about a puzzle where you basically have to fix the future to not be apocolyptic? You start off in the bad future and there's an NPC going on about "How did this happen.."
Then you go into a pipe back to the present and eventually back into the past to fix the series of events that caused the bad future. The good future will be a perfectly clean world with chrome and such. |

Let's be honest... this galaxy is "Sonic CD Galaxy". I guess we should do it in a similar way, Bowser could have some evil who-knows-what that needs to be destroyed in order to save the future. |

Maybe the future should be the post-apocalyptic "Überwald". Bowser has made the Who-Knows-What, an unexplained object that caused the chrome city to be infested with trees that have evil spirits inside of them. All of the chrome buildings are destroyed and toppled over. Mario has go to the past. He must use the Sand Glider-Sand Bird thingy to travel to a series of airships that are approaching fast. These airships are carrying the Who-Knows-What. He must hit a time-slowing switch to make the airships move slowly. Mario has to pick up a green Koopa Shell on the first airship and throw the shell at a chest in the middle of the airship. The opening of the chear causes the airships to stop in their tracks and fall down. Thankfully, the opening of the chest also causes a Sling Star to appear that takes you to a planet with a pipe. They exploded in the first game. I think we are able to make platforms disappear when they reach the bottomless pit death boundary. If so, we can make airships disappear. Sounds good. Stygmax made a drawing of a background planet for Fearsome Factory that greatly fits the concept of the past. Some Victorian era-styled planets would look great for the past. Anyway, I designed that planet specifically for Fearsome Factory. 
I might do some concept art of Temporal Tumble in the next few days. Expect no more than a planet or two to outline the concept. Status: It was really, really fun, guys - thanks for the ride!
